so i sacrificed Daughtry for the MAA…no biggie
i figured it’ll be worth it since there will be much more celebs up in genting
but it wasnt easy getting permission to go for the MAA’s
this is how it went
*its story telling time.get your popcorn out,sit back,relax and enjoy the story*So, went to KLCC yesterday with mom and dad.Mom wanted to shop and boy,did she shop or what.
so we were heading to Isetan and it so happened we passed by a poll plastered with Daughtry’s face on it. me being a concert freak pointed at the poll with excitement.
‘Ibu!ibu!ibu!Daughtry’s playing tonite. Adila ajak ili pergi cause she got ticket’
“Ye ke?habistu,kenapa ili tak pergi?”
okay,by now,i thought she really meant that.
“Ili tak pergi cause i know you are gonna say no”
and she said “TAU PUN TAK APA!!!!”
and she said that in front of everybody.i was like malu.
sighs…but nevermind
so, after Isetan,we went jalan-jalan cari makan.
after dah makan,it was time for me to make my move.
‘Ibu,ili takut nak tanya ibu’
“Apa takut-takut nie.Cakap je”
‘Ibu,can i go for the MAA….
even before i could finish my sentence she was already shaking her head
“NO NO NO NO.you are already GROUNDED FOR A YEAR”
‘but bu..’
“NO!”
‘PLEASE….its at genting and im going up with dila.we all pay her for the room.ticket dah ada.please please please’
“No.you are already going for avril’s concert.nak pergi award ni pulak.which one do you want?”
‘but ibu,thats a concert.this is my first time going to an award show.its once in a lifetime’
“okay.kalau ili nak pergi,i will let you.but with one condition”
‘okay okay.whats the condition?’
“ili kena lap kereta ibu every week for the rest of the year”
‘what?every week?’
“yes.every week”
so we made a deal..like what my mom said,i’ll just have to wipe her car every week
ahhh…its worth it

so anyway…their concert will be on the 5TH OF AUGUST 2008 at STADIUM PUTRA BUKIT JALIL.
Tickets are priced at RM88(Rockzone) and RM118(Lower tier).

they will be performing just 2 days after the MTV ASIA AWARDS which is cool cause fans of Panic that didnt get tics to the awards or missed out on the award show can catch them perform live.

so today was official the first day Avril’s concert promo came out on STAR newspaper…yeap yeap.
Avril will be performing on the 29TH OF AUGUST at STADIUM MERDEKA.

So,that was basically going on in my life for the past 2 weeks…and yes,i know its been a month since i updated anything..come on,give me a break!

the other day, i went to OU with kamzies to watch SEPI…we wanted to go to cineleisure but wat-do-ya-know,my dad was there…again….the same thing happened!oh god!!
kan ada bulatan kat cineleisure tu,we were making the round-about when i spotted my dads car….gracefully parked at the side of the road with the blind-thingi up…
“oh my god!my dads here!!” i said
“what?!are u serious?!” kamzies said
“yes.damn it.we cant go the curve cause my dad likes to eat at marche alone” i continued.
yes,eating alone at marche…sad..but he does that for lunch when he has a meeting at the curve.
so basically,that was the same situation on monday.

SEPI WAS AWESOME…yes,this is my second malay movie i watch since BULI came out.seriously,its the best damn movie ever..people,ya’ll should go watch it.sedih..but awesome.kamzies is really into the ost instrumental song…he even translated the song into guitar cords!

and i tell you ar,this boy,is crazy for wasabi….CRAZY i tell you…
we were eating at sushi zanmai and he took a BIG spoon full of wasabi…

so today,i went to nana’s house to practice butchery.yes,i got lost.hehe…anyway, we did butchery for an hour.fyi,my chicken somehow rather smelled bad.yes,i know the chicken is dead and its suppose to smell bad but nana’s didnt smelled as bad as mine did.
so as we were cleaning up,nana discovered something horrifying.

she got so freaked out,she jumped up on the ledge-cum-chair.lol
“i hate maggots.their disgusting!”she shrieked
haha…she woulndt even come down until i threw the rubbish bin away.so cute yet so funny.babe,you’re funny!
and guess wat?!there were more maggots cocoon near the rubbish bin.like loads of it.brown in color..oval shape..disgusting.yeap!
so after the so call practice for exam,we ate at delicious.jalan-jalan sikit.
spotted éclairs on display.i wanted to see what was the filling inside and i accidentally bump my face into the glass shelf.LOL.nana laughed like a maniac….like there was no tomorrow
“omg.your facial expression was priceless.if only i had a camera i would have recorded it”..then nana continued laughing.yes,people were looking cause i was laughing like a maniac too.
then we went back to nana’s house and i went back home.
and finally,i went to ‘ze famous rasta’.nothing interesting about it.lol.but hey,i guess its a cool hang out place for teens.
thats all for now.i’ll be free as a bee after finals.wish me luck people.
