So,its been a while since i updated my blog.i’ve been lazy lately.
Anyway,FHA was held at the Singapor Expo Hall from the 22nd to the 25th of April. FHA stands for Food Hotel Asia.Its Asia’a LARGEST international Food and Hospitality trade event.
So lets get it started!
TUESDAY,22ND APRIL.
So i came to college around 6.45am.i thought i was late but it turns out i was quite early.i woke up late and the usually me started to panic.thank god i packed my bag the night before.

So it turns out nana and i didnt get the same bus.we were SEPARATED!four hours without her.it was so boring.i basically slept the whole way to JB.with few occasional disturbance from Karim.ahaha…he wanted a conversation.i wanted to listen to music and sleep.and Karim was like hibernating.he basically slept all the way from KDU to Yong Peng.we stayed at the Crystal Crown Hotel in JB.the hotel wasnt that bad,except for no ASTRO!after settling down in our rooms,nana and i decided to take a walk.there wasnt much to do.so we watched the boys playing a fool of them self in the swimming pool.ahaha…hilarious!so around 6 something,everyone went for dinner at this local “mamak” restaurant.it wanst really a mamak stall,you know,just one of those road side stalls that has bad food.seriously,the food was so horrible,some of the guys had cigarettes for dinner!
they served us sotong masak cili and the chili wasnt even cooked.the tekur dadar was basically an oil sponge,the mixed vegies wasnt even cook and the chicken in the curry was still raw!!so after forcing our selves to eat,nana and i decided to buy Pizza Hut.now thats what you call dinner!!sharing is caring so we shared the pizza with khalis,karim and sam.
WEDNESDAY,23RD APRIL.
so we had to wake up at 6 o’clock in the morning today.i had to wake nana up like 5 times or more cause she refused to wake up.it was funny.anyway,everyone had to wear their formal uniform today.
HOT WEATHER = NOT COMFORTABLE
we ran into KDU Pinang while we were there and a few other schools too.not sure where were they from.damn,there were so many food to taste and too little time.i had to wear heels for the expo.it wasnt pleasant at all and the fact that i kinda sprained my leg the night before.it made it even more difficult to walk.
so while we were walking,we saw the dude from chef in black!!there wasnt a lot of people around so we quickly took a pictue with him,said goodbye and thank you and ran!!aahhaa…we were basically freaking out.

and we ran into HELLO KITTY??!!!well,not really hello kitty.

so after crossing the border,we headed bak to the hotel for dinner.we had dinner at a nearby restaurant and the food was SO MUCH BETTER than the night before!
THURSDAY,24TH APRIL.
So today was the last day of the trip.didnt had much time to shop in singapore because of the emigration and traffic jam in singapore.so in the end,we only had 1 hour 30 minutes to shop.the stuff there are like super expensive when you compare it to malaysia.so,i decided not to buy anything.nanaa.april,jerrick and i ate cheese nachos for lunch that we bought at 7-ELEVEN cause we couldnt find anything good to eat.after lunch.headed back to JB and then departed from the hotel.and thats basically it!and the best part,i made new friends with the seniors!cula 8,10 and 1.ahaha…so cool!i mean,once you get to know them,they are seriously funny!!and wicked!!

woooohhoo…me being emo and all.people ignoring me.this and that…its been quite a tiring week for me.
owh,sorry thiya for not messaging you on msn.i didnt realize you were “captain oats”.
anyway,i got my uni dirty on monday.can you believe that?!its only been three weeks and my uniform is dirty!even my senior’s uni is still freaking clean.and he’s like one semester ahead of me!anyway,we did puddings for pastry today..bread butter pudding,some other pudding and apple charlottes.wasnt that bad.
then the class got scolding from ms.leeann during english.how awesome,ey?!
then we did lamb for butchery!!!argghhh…ahhahaha…hey,at least its not smelly fish.so we got lamb shank and leg of lamb.its freaking huge,im talking about the lamb leg here.its the size of my cat,kitty!.seriously!!and to make matter more worst,the meat was still frozen.so its much more harder to cut the meat.and my fingers.oh boy,my fingers were frozen!literally!.it felt like i soaked my fingers in a bowl of ice for an hour.thats how it felt.
i had to use the MAN POWER in me to cut the lamb. but first,i had to find the man power in me!
butchery is fun.its like CSI.its like CSI:ANIMAL!..But you cut animals instead of human beings.
after getting help from four other people,i managed to get the freaking bones out of the lamb.thanks to nana,jason,gifford and win chew.hehe..owh,and mr.ken called us “DING DONGS!”.ahahaha….thats funny.plus,he smacked the meat like he was smacking someone’s,uhm,butt!
anyway,larder class for today got canceled!ahaha..and what happened after that was HILARIOUS!
so alex agreed to send us to the lrt station,since it was his last day being the group leader.while we were walking back to the car,it rained,so when we got to the car,alex placed his tool box on top of the roof of the car.then we all got in the car,soaking wet.so while alex was driving,people were like honking theirs horns at alex.we were all like “wtf?!”.and we were more focused on the chi wawa(or however you spell it) that crossed the street wearing a pink shirt! then at this junction people were still horning. this lady in a “SUV” rolled down her windows and started making signs telling us that something was on the roof.
and then alex finally remembere what was it.
HE LEFT HIS FREAKING TOOL BOX ON THE ROOF OF THE CAR!!!!
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.HILARIOUS WEI!!!!
we were all laughing our heads off.even the people at the bus stop was like “WHAT THE….??!”.AHAHAHAHA..im laughing my ass off while bloggin about this.ahahaha..
imagine if it had fallen off,all his knifes will be like on the road.ahahaha..
anyway,its like 4 more days till singapore!!woohooo….cant wait!!!food food and more food.yay!and shopping too!!
well kinda.still emo.still depressed.still hungry.still tired.still not happy and last but not least im still lazy.
anyway,him,him and him are ignoring.yes,ameera,i know you told me that i shouldnt give a damn about it but i just had to give a damn about it.they didnt say hi at all.senyum,SENYUM PUN TAK ADA!hello???you passed by me for 4 freaking times.and you still didnt see me?blind much,huh?yes,i know im a drama queen and i get upset easily and stuff.dah tau,and still ignore me.wait,wait,what goes around comes around.i shall have my revenge!mark my words!muahahaha..*coughs*
anyway,Sports Day was on the 12th.and the to make it more interesting,i had an exam at 12pm!woohooo…but what the hell,i still went for Sports Day.and it was boring!too little people.not like last year..sighs.i stayed till 11.just in time to watch cheer leading.and Francis junior(i think it was Francis) totally sucked!!it was so horrible,the little voices in my head were making fun of them.seriously!
and the winners?……Assunta in first place and and CLARE in second place for both junior and senior cheer leading!!i am so proud for the Clare team.never in my entire secondary life has Clare won in cheer leading and the year that i left school is the year that they won.Congrats to the Clare cheer leaders.especially Keilly.thanks rachel for the info.pictures are below.

I’ve been felling down lately.I dont know why.i dont know.but i just feel like someone or something drained out all my energy.my soul.and my spirit.it could be him,him,him or her.or maybe its just me.

i never thought i would think the way i did before.after i met you,things change.I wasnt me.you wouldnt believe how many times i thought of jumping off the third floor.i would come to school,walk up those stairs to third floor,thinking that today would be the day.the day that it would all end.
its funny when i think about it.i’ve been giving people advice that you should stay strong and that theres more to life.while i should have given that advice to me first.
you changed me.eventhough its in a bad way,but i wouldnt be the person i am today if it wasnt for you.i thank you for that.i somehow became a “human being” through out our friendship.i’ve learn how to forgive and forget.
but now problems are raising up again.i do wanna help you.i really do.but sooner or later,you have to face those problems on your own.i wont be there to help you when the time comes.all i can do now is to try my best helping you to solve it.but you cant keep running away from it.it’ll find you and haunt you.and thats what scares me…you,thinking about killing yourself.we‘ve been over this topic over again and again.

i cant come up with a suitable blog tittle.hahaha
anyway,
so after last week,the really deal begins…starting with pastry.so chef yahaya separated group B into 2 groups.One group for batter fritters(which basically is the same batter you use to make pisang goreng!) and the other group for pancakes.So,nana,awin,jason and i were the Pancake Group.haha….so after cooking the pancakes,we had to present it in our own way.and apparently,we had to do the batter firtters too..haha….so it was go go go time.everyone was rushing…haha…damn funny.and i got perli-ed!(yes,i know its not a word). chef yahaya was going through my box looking for a knife(or was it a piping beg?) and then he found my box of plasters.and this is what he said…

chef : I suruh bawa a few plasters,yang ni bawa satu kotak!!bagus nie!
he took the box of plasters out and held it HIGH HIGH up in the air for everyone to see.

anyway,English class continues.with a bit of role play.that was fun.nana kinda got over her nerves.i was super excited!!haha….made new friends,yuan and Min!.

SMEELLLY OH SMEEllLY FISH….its was damn smeelly espcelially the freaking guts!!!it was everywhere,nana and i almost puke…and and the fish shit got all over nana’s knife and now her knifes smells like dead fish!!*note to nana-it is dead fish babe.*
so basically the whole champion kitchen smelled like fish!!fish scales were everywhere,in the drain,on my hat,in my hair,on my uniform,and on the floor.
amazingly,i didnt cut my self.haha..oh,jason and awin thanks for the help.

Monday
Okay,the worst part of monday(besides than the monday blues) is that i have to wake up at 5.30am every monday morning for the next 6 MONTHS!!why??cause my class starts at freaking 7 o’clock in the freaking morning! its secondary schoolall over again except that in secondary school,class doesnt start at 7am! So on mondays,i have pastry class.woooh!didnt do much last on the first day of class.it was mostly ‘Rules and Regulations’.bla bla this bla bla that.you know,the usually stuff.and and Nana came back from Man U today!haha….i thought she would fall asleep during class but surprisingly she was very HYPER.
TUESDAY
I was super excited to see Ms.Leeann again.My fav lecturer. So today was the first time i saw the march intake students.not that bad.I predict that Ms.Leeann’s B&C Enlgish class for group B is going to be hectic.Class was only for an hour.we had to introduce our selves to the class.I introduced Nana and Nana introduced me.hehe..
wednesday
So English class continued today for another 2 hours. Today was first Butchery class with Mr.Kenneth.woah.to be honest,i was pretty nervous about his class especially when he asked Jason and Alex to go get the chickens from the store. so after teaching us how to cut a whole chicken,it was our turn to do it.
I cant believe i just chopped off a chicken head!!!
thank god,there wasnt any guts in the chicken.haha….nana knew how nervous i was.and it turns out the chicken we cut was going to be used at the western corner in KDU square!!!ahahahahaha…..dude,i woudlnt wanna eat the chicken i cut!hahahahaha..WE(nana and i) could probably be the most annoying girls in mr.kenneth class.we kept calling him for help.haha….

THURSDAY
Larder started today.It was fun.minus the fact that we had to stand for 4 hours straight.I saw mr.rapist again.ahaha….he was at college till 7pm.woah!so class ended at 7pm.what did i learn in larder?….how to cut a carrot,turning potato,cudes…this and that.all the basic stuff.hehee….one thing is for sure,we wasted a lot of CARROTS AND POTATOS!!!!!!…and once again,the used our so-called ‘waste’ to make coleslaw,potato wedges and stock or broth.
