Im currently doing my last semester now…PM MODULE is fun when you’re not fasting…otherwise its a drag… you’re just waiting for time to fly by till buka puasa.. and i’ve been in the pastry kitchen cmost of the time…compared to nana out in the cafe…i feel like i’ve done tones of work in the kitchen but apa kerja yang buat…duduk je…phhtt

Anyway, college started bout two weeks ago(FINALLY!).

I only have 3 subjects this semester..all practicals.(whooplaa)

First week – CAD, we did vegetable carving using carrots,eggplants,chili’s, and white radish.

Pastry 3 - Watch videos of Chocolate Making. I FELL ASLEEP DURING THE FIRST VIDEO.hehe.my bad

Second week - CAD, we did fruit carving using papaya,apples,oranges and WATERMELON!hehe..was bored waiting for the others to finish up so i decided to carve the whole watermelon.

Week 2 – Fruit Carving

Pastry 3 – Started with Chocolate work. The temptation to lick off the spoon was strong but you gotta keep it together or you will get addicted to licking chocolate of anything.

Oh yeah,the new kitchen…not so good.Its more like a hot kitchen instead of a pastry kitchen.

Bought chocolate moulds last saturday together with 4 kgs of chocolate. Gonna start making chocolate soon.hehe. Gonna experiment the fillings on my lab rats Nana,Kamzies,Mom,Dad,Sis,SNL,Jas,Reyes,Awin,Dila,shikin and loads more(you know who you are)..hehehe…Sarting with a CUCUMBER FILLING!

So, new years eve was a blast.had loads of fun..with kamzies..ehehe…i’ll post that post soon.

anyway, new years day started off…on a bad note.

have you ever heard the saying…

well,if you have, than im glad to tell you thats exactly what happened to me on new years day

woke up around 7am.bladder was full and it was about to explode if i didnt relieve myself.

like a zombie,i forced myself to get up and go to the toilet. You see, i sleep on a double decker bed, except the bed beneath the second deck is a study table. combination of a sleepy girl with a 6 step ladder isnt a good one.

so i put my left foot on the first step.and the next thing i knew i was sliding down the ladder with my left feet and my left butt cheek on the ladder.my right leg was hanging free and me being me,i tried stopping myself with my right foot and guess what?i hit my knee on the table that was at the bottom of the ladder like a bowling ball hitting the pins.everything small on the table came flying off the table.thank god it wasnt the fishes

and thats what syarifah thought of.the first thing she thought of …were the FISHES!

sighs anyway,no bleeding just a big LEBAM on my knee and on my LEFT BUTT CHEEK.

Life is like a roller coaster

Its funny when i think about it

One day, you’re singing a song together…screaming the words as loud as you can..then the next day you’re saying ‘mother fucker…you bitch’ to your ‘best’ friend.

I seem to be caught in my own world. Havent been much of a friend lately. And it was clear today when i was chatting with you. Distant. That was the word. Distant. I feel it too my dear friend and i wonder why,’how could this happen?’

The time you went away, both of us changed. I want the old days back, when we used to be obsess over MCR, when we use to talk non-sense. Back to the old days when we were freaking out about SPM. The days when you bitch about the people in your class and the days when we used to call each other backside and busuk.The days when i didnt have the courage to talk to boys and we would pretend that the boy in the band in the magazine was our boyfriend. Life was so much easier back then.

Its funny how we’ve grown apart. Trust..Honesty.Those are a few that made the so called friendship turn into backstabbing, dishonesty,lies and more lies.

You could have texted me where you were. I dont freaking care how much it cost but a SMS wouldnt hurt.

Kamzies once said to me ..“Dont make me your first priority”

I now know what he meant.

Losing my best friends and dear friends would be the worst thing that could ever happen. I dont wanna lose you guys. To my dear best friend eka, i know i dont text you that often, but you’re still in my heart. I talk about you to kamal when im missing the things we do.and my backside(you know who you are), we went through one hell of a friendship,didnt we? from being friends to not talking for a year to friends again was a journey worth going through with you. Your family is like a second family to me. to syarifah, no matter how much you make me angry, i’ll still be there for you,and you dont have to say ‘thank you for taking care of me’ every week.seriously,you dont.and to the gang..boleh kira la…the7 of us or was it 8?you guys are the best even though when we get together i have no idea what you guys are talking about especially when you talk about HELP people. I may feel like a dungu but its okay

so finally,they day i’ve been waiting for….my last day of finals…whooplaaa

So let me give you the whole story bout finals…

started off with pastry…i got the topic ’scones’ for exam and me partner was awin..a success!i think

the next day was FOOD PRODUCTION

*dum dum dummmmmmmmmm*

bloody hell i was scared.why?

i had to braised a lamb shank in 2 hours!not an easy task.

i cut myself while i was cleaning the shank…..i was bleeding…not the i-got-a-paper cut bleeding but real bleeding…lets put it this way..kira-kira…2 – 3 tablespoon of blood came out from my finger..it was still bleeding after 3 hours being wrapped …but then again…boon may’s cut was even worse then mine.

so anyway,had this whole drama during the exam.Mr.kenneth laughed at me because of my partner…you should have seen his face when he saw my partner…and the words that came after….

“the girl who talks the most got the guy”

*laughs*

*looked at nana..continued laughing*

hahaha…yeah…he was expecting me to get nana as my partner..hehe

but it was all good…yeap.

French was like…CRAP!..seriously…the questions were in french and i couldnt understand most of it.damn.

F&B cost control…..was okay…i expected it to be freaking hard cause that was what my lecturer said at the beginning of the semester.

so after all that,i have a months break….whooplaaa!!!

yeah,after like a 2 month hiatus of not blogging

i apologize.so call been ‘really busy’ with college and stuff

hehe….

im aware my last blog post dah jadi lapuk

Anyway, Im officially done with assignments. No more last minute assignments for me. I stayed up till 3 to finish it and i had 2 months earlier to complete it…but nooo…i just had to delay it.

yeah jas,2 months…and we started 2 weeks before the deadline.sighs

As my first year is coming to an end,im looking forward for the next sem.by then i’ll be a CULA…no more PCT…goodbye junior year hello senior year.

so what have i been doing in the past 2 months?lets start with raya

Raya this year wasn’t the same at all. I felt like there was something missing and sure enough I think about her all the time. My late grandma wasn’t here to celebrate raya with the family,let alone puasa. I miss you dearest and i cant help but cry every time i think or talk or type about her..*cries*

Mom decided to have an open house last minute…sorry la kalau tak terajak. was just a small gathering of mostly family and 4 of my friends…haha…Kamzies came with his friend Fariq(my parents insisted for him to come,seriously)

Senario Hari Raya kedua:

mom: ili tak ajak kawan ke?

me: tgh ajak ni

mom:tak nak ajak kamal ke?

me:*bloody nervous*…uhmm…i want to…but takut ibu tak kasi

mom:ajakla kamal

dad: ajak la…boleh boleh.

me: OKAY!

everything went smoothly..he was bloody nervous…seriously…nervous sampai my auntie can say that he looks a bit ‘la-la’ish..that..he couldnt except…but it was funny though.my dad kept looking at him…couldnt even let him out of his sight…still funny.

dila was the only one who stayed from the beginning till the end…then eka came…DUDE!I MISS YOU…thiya couldnt come…and same goes for the others.and I MISS YOU TOO BABE…sampai hati korang…merajuk 6 bulan

so anyway…had midterms….i did pretty well….kinda….im satifsied with my F&B results…now must score for finals.

besides than that..nothing much…kamzies busy with pm module..i see him everyday but not like we used too…and i get bully-cum-perli by the seniors and my lecturers..funny especially during food production and everytime i see mr.yahya…he’ll go….“Datuk K”..maluu…terutamanya when he said that in the office and in front of my pdp lecturer..im getting use to it.hehe

the seniors will go “nak gi jumpa kamal la tu”…“dah jumpa dah?”….“bebe mana?”…..“gi la beli tiramisu…kamal buat”….“ili,join la the volleyball team..kamal joining”….“buy la our food…kamal buat tau…ohh…you support them(pointing to the ice kacang station) but you can support us…i complain to kamal…KAMAL!!your girlfriend tak mau support you lor”…

not only that,i (still) kena bully form my groupmates…hehe…but i bully them back.no worries…we’re even..for now

so,basically,if they see me at the cafe after four or during lunch time…or see me standing in front of the champions kitchen….they know im waiting for kamzies.i occasionally get these weird stares from the seniors… like im gonna kill you stare…and mr.rapist….yeah..remember him?(if you dont,you gotta go back to my earlier posts)….well he’s back and even more freaky.

new characters are present this sem…i still dont get them but i’ve got to.

oh!yeah!!i made a shirt for kamzies(for our six months ani..hehe)…and yeah..he likes it!hehe…picture of the shirt will be uploaded soon..

OTHER NEWS…the store lady at my school quit…now its in a mess.my salmon i ordered never showed up…=(..had to use the seabass instead.phhtt…but hey…Mr.Paul ate it..and so did the rest..pedas..not fishy but very pedas…and lemony too.

holidays are around the corner….gonna spend time with people i miss dearly..EKA and THIYA…you betta watch out…im gonna go crazy!
